CREW INFO

Anomaly Dance Studios is a highly competitive dance studio in both Hip Hop and Contemporary. Many of
our crews have competed nationally and gained recognition on the national stage. We have also had
crews compete internationally and do extremely well representing NZ Hip Hop on the world stage. A few
notable experiences have been qualifying for DanceBrandz Worlds in Hawaii, qualifying for Hip Hop
Unite Worlds in Amsterdam, competing on the world stage in Amsterdam and placing 3rd in the world.
Also representing NZ at Battlegrounds Worlds in Australia in both 2018 and 2022, walking away with the
‘most outstanding international crew’ award in 2022.

We hold auditions for our crews at the end of every year and they are open to all. If you are interested in
dancing in one of our crews but have missed auditions, get along and sign up to classes and make sure
you’re ready for the next round of auditions!
